Recent Advances in Materials for Circular Economy and Technology’

The 1st International Conference on “RECENT ADVANCES IN MATERIALS FOR CIRCULAR ECONOMY AND TECHNOLOGY’’ (RAMCET-2024) will be held in S’O’A (Deemed to be University) Bhubaneswar, India on 15th-16th November, 2024. This conference intends to focus on the science, engineering, and technologies of sustainable materials using the principle of the 6 Rs (reuse, recycle, redesign, remanufacture, reduce, and recover). The selection and engineering of materials is a critical component of developing a circular economy model. The objective of the circular economy is to enhance the lifetime of products, facilitate the repurposing of items, and dissuade the waste materials back to production lines. An archetype, both from a societal and industrial point of view, will be achieved when such products, representing resources, are redefined to be intelligible to the various stakeholders regarding the design, manufacturing, and recycling chains. It is globally acknowledged that shifting the view on materials, at the corporate, governmental, and consumer levels, from waste perception to resource valorization would support industrial prosperity, environmental impact, monitoring, assessment and sustainability, and personal and societal fulfilment.

Moreover, this conference aims to bring together experts from various academic institutions, industries, and research organizations nationwide to share knowledge, expertise, and experience in the emerging fields of material science, engineering, and technology. The related paper with in this scope will be submitted to this VSI of JMMM. Guest editorial team will send invitation email to the potential authors for consideration to submit a manuscript to this VSI. We expected 20-25 accepted paper will be collected in this issue.

 

The guest editorial team, which is led by Professor P. G. R Achary would like to invite high-quality papers for submission at the Journal of Metals, Materials, Minerals (JMMM) journal.

            This Virtual Special Issue (VSI) aims to publish the original, critical review and high-quality scientific articles containing significant results in new technologies across all fields of “Recent Advances in Materials for Circular Economy and Technology”.

The Guest Editors (GEs) welcome the submission of original research articles and critical review articles from disciplines including, but not limited to:
