Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The figures are TIF format with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format (.doc, .docx).
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12 pt font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
  • All author's FULL NAMES, ABBREVIATIONS and OFFICIAL EMAILS were filled in. (**VERY IMPORTANT**)
  • Keywords: 3-5 keywords were filled in.

Submission of Manuscript

  • Submission of manuscripts is welcomed for consideration. Manuscripts must be written in English and should not have been published elsewhere or submitted simultaneously to other journals.
  • The following types of contributions will be considered :
    1) Papers describing original research; or
    2) Literature reviews of 3,000 to 10,000 words.
  • Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts by the online submission system.
  • All contributions will be reviewed by two or more referees for technical merit, quality of scientific content, and utility of the results and may require revisions before final acceptance.
  • The final decision concerning the acceptance or rejection of a paper is made by the editors.
  • After a manuscript has been accepted for publication and after all revisions have been incorporated, necessary electronic files or artworks may be requested.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts should be less than 10,000 words equivalent although in special circumstances longer paper will be considered. All pages should be numbered consecutively. A font size of 12 pt is required.
  • The figure format must be TIF format with a minimum resolution of 600 dpi
  • Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors (**please use FULL NAMES), Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text (Figures and Tables are placed within a text), Acknowledgements, References (IEEE format).

Proofs
Galley proofs will be sent to the author via e-mail and should be returned as soon as possible. Corrections should be restricted to typesetting errors. Any queries should be answered in full.

Offprints
The journal makes no page charges. The corresponding author will be provided with a PDF of the article via e-mail at no cost.
